We have a large heated swimming pool, hot tub, sauna and gym. Our clubhouse hosts many exciting activities that you are welcome to attend while in residence. Our property is outstanding with three wildlife lakes and trails to the beach and tide pools. You are close to shopping and to state parks on the beach and in the Redwoods. Sants Transportation stops at our entry for quick transport to all locations in the area. De Anza Santa Cruz is a Age Qualified Community; therefore, at lease one resident must be near or at 55 years old and no children may stay in the community. Everything you ever wanted on the ocean!

We have furnished your vacation home with the best of furnishings. You will have service for 8 should you have company while visiting us. You have a full kitchen with the basic cooking items you should need. Our outside patio area has a BBQ and seating for 6 at the outside table. Roof top sundeck has seating for 4 to 8.
This is a one of a kind rental where you can enjoy the ocean view and also the beautiful Santa Cruz Sunsets. Most of our year is clear and not as foggy as the Monterey side of the Bay. Whales, otters, and dolphin can be seen from your deck.
