Changes to confirmed reservations are subject to minimum charge of US$50.
In case of cancellations received in writing up to six weeks prior to scheduled arrival, all monies paid are refunded less a cancellation fee of 20% . Reservations cancelled less than six weeks prior to scheduled arrival will forfeit all rent monies paid unless the property was re-rented or partially re-rented during that period. The re-rent proceeds will then be refunded to the cancelling renter.
