Standard features include air conditioning, washer and dryer, fully equipped kitchen, complete with dishwasher and cooking and eating utensils, cable tv, garage, towels, bed sheets, and linens, and your own private swimming pool! Save money with Sunsplash Vacation Homes, our rates are rock bottom! These Private Pool Homes in the Disney area of Orlando sleeps 10 people comfortably. Whether it is lounging in your own personal pool or preparing a special meal for your family and friends in our spacious kitchen, we feel that you will not be disappointed. Restaurants and grocery stores are within minutes of your home. We are close to all Central Florida Attractions and convention locations. The homes are all located in quiet communities and offers a special touch of privacy and the feel of coming home.
Some of the Optional Features we offer are listed for you below. Please be sure to mention these items during your booking so that we can make the arrangements with other companies for them to be in the house upon your arrival.
Pool Heat: $120 a week minimum use or $300 a month; Gas Heater - $220 per week
Cribs, Storllers and Highchairs: $35 per week
Rollaway Beds: $35 per week
BBQ Grills: $45 per week

We can arrange to have Welcome Packs inside the homes for your Arrival. They come in 3 different types so please indicate which pack best suits you or your guests. To have the items in your home for your arrival, please confirm to Sunsplash 72 hours in advance of your stay. Welcome Packs must be paid for in advance.
Sunsplash recognizes special occasions and can help you make arrangement to have items to help you celebrate Special Occasions. Honeymoon, Anniversaries and Birthdays made extra special with Flower arrangements, Cakes and a special card waiting for them as they step into the home. With advanced notice, we can make these arrangements with local area merchants on your behalf.
