- 2 Bathrooms upper level, 1 bathroom in Pool area lower level, outdoor shower on lower level -- two huge terraces facing North and West 300 ft. above the Atlantic Ocean ---- views from St. Thomas to Culebra, and across to the rainforest El Yunque on the main island of Puerto Rico. top terrace is about 1,500 sq. ft. bottom terrace with pool is about 3,000 sq. ft., full laundry room, closets stocked with beach umbrellas and beach chairs, 2 block walk down the hill to 3-4 access points to various neighborhood beaches!

- Sleeps 8 -10 adults, I King Size Bed, 1 Queen Size Bed, two double beds that fold up as sofas, two additional self-inflating double bed mattresses available double sized beds (each self inflating bed also self deflates in about 4 minutes for additional sleeping). All linens are top quality 100% cotton linens as are bath and beach towels! There are plenty of beach towels, bath towels, and lots of beach umbrellas in closet area near swimming pool!
