No rain checks given for lodging. Any lost/damaged property will be charged to final bill.
PET POLICY: All pets must be pre-approved and registered. If your pet is found not to be registered you may be
asked to leave with no refund.
All pet owners must sign a pet policy liability form upon check in.
There is a $10 pr night charge pr pet in cabin. 2 pet max in cabin.
If there is any damage that is done to the unit, you agree to reimburse us for returning the unit to
its original condition.
Owners must prevent noise or any other disturbance by their pet.
Pets not allowed in bedrms or on furniture.
Pets not to be left unattended in cabins unless in a kennel. - CANCELLATION/CHANGES POLICY: 100% refund if canceled prior to 30 days before scheduled arrival date. 50% refund if canceled prior to 15 days before scheduled arrival. No refund if canceled/changed 15 days or later before scheduled arrival date. NO CHANGES UPON ARRIVAL ACCEPTED... PRIOR APPROVAL IS REQUIRED FOR PETS!! No pets allowed inside unit, unless in a kennel. All pets MUST be on a leash and under your control at ALL TIMES..
