This home has not previously been a rental with current owners. It has been used solely by the owners for 3 1/2 years. 4 person golf cart included in rental (no persons without a valid driver's license can drive the golf cart). This is only available as a weekly rental or longer.
Side note: Owners also own a single story townhome in the Legacy Villas community (adjacent to the La Quinta Resort & Spa) if you would prefer a condo type property - Homeaway listing #167855, check it out....it's less $$$, a little smaller with a 2 night minimum.
Other Activities: shopping, biking, walking distance to the La Quinta Resort & Spa.
