We fell in love with this property and are sure you will too. We carried out extensive works to this property after purchase, which included; an extension to the swimming pool area, new French doors from lounge to swimming pool area, new pool service equipment and a full swimming pool acid clean. The interior of the property was completely re-decorated throughout and is complimented by new furniture, fixtures and fittings that have been bestowed upon this beautiful home. The property is supported by a property management team 365 days a year and benefits from landscape & pool maintenance teams.

Crescent Lakes is in Kissimmee and is a quiet up-market residential area off the 192 East of Disney.There are shops and super-markets near-by, as well as many restaurants and other activities. Near-by Kissimmee Old Town is well worth a visit, which has plenty of shops, restaurants and weekend car cruises. Nearby Boggy Creek Air boat rides where you can take an exciting ride over some of Florida's marsh-lands and, again, see all sorts of wild creatures. Para-gliding is also available as well as jet-skiing and speed-boating. 2529 Sage Drive.
