- The master bedroom is located on the second floor it has a vaulted ceilings, fireplace, balcony and private bath. The three guest bedrooms are located on the third floor and consist of queens or doubles. There is a guest bath on that floor and a balcony. Two of the three bedrooms on this floor are the original 1765 rooms with private staircases leading to the old living room and old dining room. The bedrooms are furnished with antiques. There is a pull out sofa on the bottom floor in the 'office' that has privacy great for 'overflow'.
