The Cancun Towers project is currently under construction in Puerto Cancun. We are renting this
unit below current market value because all the amenities are not finished to date. This
luxury unit is brand new, and completed with beautiful new furnishings.
Tower # 1 is completed, and currently being used. Towers #2 and #3 are under construction. The
swimming pool and garden area are completed and beautiful! The golf course will be completed by
December 2008. Rate is $1200.00 per week off-peak,$3,500 MONTHLY, with a
$250.00 non refundable deposit to hold your dates on our calendar. A fully refundable $500.00 damage
deposit is required 14 days before renting. Looking for non smoking, responsible adults/families,
with excellent references! Long term rental lease is available (@ reduced rate.)
