A refundable $500 booking/security deposit is required. Refunds are made within 15 days of guest departure from our rental property. Deductions are, thankfully, rare.

- We have a base price for couples, with supplemental charges for additional guests, so you are paying only for the beds that you actually use. High count cotton sheets make our comfortable beds even more cozy. 'Bedroom 1' is a master with its own full marble bathroom with a view! The queen size sleeper sofa is in the living room, and there is plenty of bedding for all.
