Bring your boat or rent locally: Directly across from the property is Hickory Creek Marina which has a boat ramp and you can tie up directly in front of the house. If you don't want the hassle of bringing your own boat we have a neighbor who has pontoon boats for rent by the day or the week... call Bill directly at 479-601-7150, he has very nice boats and reasonable rates and can bring the boat right to the front of the house.
Great Place for Family Reunions: With an acre of water front property and lots of inside and outside games this is a great place to have a family reunion. The main house sleeps 18 and our carriage house is also available for rent and it sleeps up to 10. This is a great place to bring family and friends and have a great time.
Great Swimming, Boating and Fishing: Gentle slope down to the water so you can sit on the deck and watch the kids swim in front of the house. Or take them out tubing or water skiing in our own private little cove. Any time of year is great time to walk the shoreline and see the beautiful views from the cliffs and fishing... it's always great!
