You'll love this wonderful beach retreat with panoramic ocean views from Catalina Island to Malibu! Dolphins can be seen nearly everyday playing in the waves amongst the surfers. The bird's eye view also allows for great people watching on the strand. The entire upper floor is available for vacation rental in this triplex in North Manhattan Beach also known as 'El Porto'. This is a two bedroom + den with sofa sleeper, 2 bathroom beach house which sleeps 4 to 6 adults comfortably. Together, the kitchen, dining and living room create an open 'great room' which offer spectacular views. A bright dining area which seats eight compliments a well appointed seating area with chocolate leather sofas. The fully equipped kitchen has a bar counter that seats three & is a great place to enjoy your favorite beverage.
