Wonderful tranquil location - close to SY: We are located on an unpaved road only 1 mile from the village of Santa Ynez, with very little road traffic. A safe and quiet area of horse ranches and an alpaca ranch on the road to the town. There is lots of off road parking on the property, private entry gates, and an outside patio and gas barbecue Santa Ynez boasts great restaurants, a coffee shop, a historical museum, post office, bank, gas station, pharmacy, florist, wine tasting rooms, an art gallery, a cycling shop for rentals, and even a tiny library! .
