Built in 1949, our 2nd home is a relaxing escape. Experience old Florida charm with modern amenities. Enjoy New Smyrna Beach like a local.
Tongue & groove pine walls & heart of pine floors through out the home. The large country kitchen has all new stainless appliances, burled beach counters & front loading GE washer & dryer hidden in the bar. All new dishes, glassware, pots & pans. Lovingly remodeled with attention to every detail. Each piece of furniture was picked for it's space to be warm & welcoming.
The living room is inviting and comfortable w/lots of space to relax & watch the large TV w/Sony home theater system. We also have free unlimited local/long distance telephone calls. (US and Canada)
The master bedroom or 'Captain's Quarters' has the romantic feel of days gone by with 400 thread count linens, a 32' flat screen TV with HD/DVR, cable , DVD along with high speed wireless Internet connection. *Wireless card needed.
Beautiful, serene & private, 300 steps to the beach.

Large private fenced yard, outdoor shower, fire pit, picnic table, 2 surf boards, 2 skim boards, life jackets, beach chairs, umbrella & cooler for the beach. DVDs, Cd's, board games and playing cards for our guests use. For families with small children we have a brand new high chair.
Fully fenced in back for privacy & storage for your boat, motorcycle or what ever you want kept off the street. Make smores on the fire pit, just relax in the Adirondack chairs and watch the fire or rock your cares away in the large new hammock. A white picket fence surrounds the front for quaint beach charm.
Large screened porch off the kitchen with table and 6 chairs/front porch with rocking chairs. Outdoor speakers with stereo. Just off the back porch is an outdoor shower to wash the sand away when you return from the beach.
No renters under 25, no unaccompanied minors!
