Elm Farm is a Grade II listed building nestling in the conservation area of Old Rustington. Dating back to the 16th century, its unique Regency styled front facade was added in the early 1800’s. The spacious and child-friendly house is built of traditional local flint, lies in 3/4 acre of secluded gardens, yet from the front door, it is just one minute's walk to the Lamb Pub, two minutes to the thriving local shops and 8 minutes to the beach. The visitor’s book is full of praise for the roomy, well equipped house and the mature landscaped gardens. Notes: Elm Farm sleeps 12 in 6 bedrooms with a self-contained apartment situated above the garage that sleeps 3 (rental by arrangement only). Downstairs is a spacious 400 square foot sitting-room with coal-effect gas fire, TV room, additional small sitting room, large dining-room seating twelve, well-equipped kitchen (6 ring cooker) with ample glassware and crockery, pantry, utility room and separate WC. One easily accessible twin-bedded room with shower/WC is on the ground floor. Upstairs is a king size double, a queen size double and a twin bedded room, each with ensuite bath/shower and WC, another twin room, a bunk bedded room and a further bathroom with WC and separate WC. The house has full gas central heating, two TVs, DVD, video, stereo, wireless Internet access and payphone. Freshly laundered duvets, linen and towels are included in the rent, together with ample crockery, gas and electricity. Guests are welcomed at 5 pm and asked to leave before 10 am at the end of their stay.

Why Rustington?: Location, location! Rustington is ideally situated between the rolling South Downs and the sea; perfect for hundreds of excursions. Unlike many other villages, it has maintained a thriving collection of local shops just a few hundred yards from Elm Farm itself. Local Attractions: Rustington is on the coast half-way between Brighton and Chichester. Each is about 30 minutes drive and it's just 5 miles to Arundel and its magnificent castle. Shops and restaurants are all within easy walking distance and the family friendly Lamb public house just over the road serves home cooked food. Littlehampton's thriving harbour and yacht Marina is 5 minutes by car. It's 800 metres to the expansive pebble and sand beaches and at low tide, it is ideal for children to play. Just West of Littlehampton and 5 minutes by car, the sand dunes are easily accessed. Within 30 minutes drive are two race courses, Fontwell Park and Goodwood, Roman Villas, working museums, Chichester's Cathedral, Festival Theatre and yachting harbour, country houses such as Parham and Petworth and the delights of Brighton - The Lanes, The Aquarium, The Royal Pavilion etc.
