Located between Parksville and Qualicum, the property is close to French Creek Marina and several outstanding golf courses. Enjoy sweeping views of Georgia Strait, a wonderful place to walk collecting shells, or to watch the cruise ships, and local wildlife including majestic bald eagles, seals, sea lions, salmon, and a wide variety of bird life. There are two resident bald eagles with a nest nearby and often visible. * Mountain View: The view from the garden side of the property includes a view of Mount Arrowsmith, the predominant mountain of the local area. On a clear day, there is a magnificent view from the Oceanside of the coastal mountain range on the BC mainland, including the snow capped peaks of the range that includes Whistler and Blackcomb Mountains.
