Construction has just been completed on our wonderful home and you will be among the very first to stay with us. We have 3 beautifully furnished LARGE bedrooms, 2 baths, a living room,full kitchen with spacious dinning area and great laundry facility. The land the house sits on is 50 acres of beautiful pasture land that has been in my family for over 40 years. The location is a very convenient drive to and from Cooperstown and the Dreams Park, helping make your vacation stay less stressful. In the evenings, after your busy day, sit on our covered front porch and relax or feel free to hike and explore the property,fish in one of our two streams or large creek, sit around a campfire(wood provided) enjoy a game of horseshoes, whatever helps you unwind. Wood floors, open floor plan, knotty pine walls & over 9 foot ceilings,making this brand new home extreamly roomy for 8 people. Central air and ceiling fans in every room ensures a constant,comfortable temperture throughout the house.

Located close and comfortable to all attractions- 6 minutes to Cooperstown Dreams Park 7 minutes to Downtown Cooperstown and the Baseball Hall of Fame 12 minutes to All Star fields You can play all day and then return to our lovely brand new home. We are conveniently located on County Hwy. 11, making travel to and from the Dreams Park or Cooperstown area a simple and short trip.(Bittersweet Lane is our private driveway clearly marked with a street sign) Only one mile from our house you will find a fuel station/convenience store for those forgotten or last minute items you may need during your stay with us. GT Summer House is all about comfort and convenience.
