The home is located in Indian Wells, which is located on the Mustang Golf Course. The back yard is very private and overlooks a beautiful lake. The homes across the street overlook the 11th fairway. You are just minutes away from Old Town Naples' famous 'Fifth Avenue' with its fine dining and shopping. You are also just minutes away from the endless beaches on the Gulf Coast. Golf: Ask about the transferable golf membership to Lely's Mustang and Flamingo Championship Golf Courses. These are both impressive golf courses. Dining is available at the golf clubhouse facility at Lely. Please contact owner for more details on the golf transfer fees.
