Golf, Hiking, Fishing: There are several private and daily-fee courses within 20 minutes. Hiking... easy, moderate and serious....is all around the Highlands-Cashiers area. Hike on your own or with an organized group. Fishing in streams and rivers is all around. Lake Glenville is 20 minutes away, with guide service available if you like. Walleye and bass are waiting for you.
Shopping and Theatre: The Highlands-Cashiers area offers fantastic antique shopping or visit the many local shops and galleries in town. Highlands has a schedule of excellent live theater presentations in the Performing Arts Center downtown.
