Location, location, location!! 1 block to Denver Center for Performing Arts (theater, ballet, opera) or 16th Street Mall, 2 blocks to Convention Center or Larimer Square, 4 blocks to Pepsi Center (hockey, basketball, concerts) or Winter Park Ski Train, 1 block to Mall Shuttle to Pavilions – movie theaters and shopping. The best seafood restaurant in all of Denver is right around the corner at Oceanaire! Great restaurants and bars are all within walking distance. Take the Mall Shuttle down to Cooks Fresh Market for gourmet groceries if you want to eat in.
