Located on the 24th floor of a very safe upscale building. Sunny and modern, it has all the amenities including new stainless steel appliances with dishwasher, high speed wireless internet, unlimited local and many free long distance phone calls, high definition 32 inch LCD TV with cable and all the major local, US and movie channels, CD and DVD players, iPod docking station, lots of closet space, iron and board, etc. Balcony with view. Wonderful sunny pool, spa, gym and sauna on the 27th floor. Convenience store and pharmacy on the ground floor.
This condo is in the famous Plateau area (see below) and more specifically, directly across the street from the wonderful LaFontaine Park (see below also) designed by the creators of New York's Central Park. The very lively Avenue Mont-Royal and Rue Saint-Denis are just a stone's throw away as are the Sherbrooke and Papineau metro stations. The other main Montreal landmarks and attractions such as museums and Old Montreal are close by.
