Location: The villa is perfectly situated for the golf enthusiast along the 10th fairway only 200 meters from the first tee box and the clubhouse. The course itself is located in a gorgeous nature preserve with houses along only two holes. The villa is nestled between the 9th and 10th fairways in a group with 20 other Spanish Colonial style homes along a cobblestone path. The 20 homes share three communal swimming pools and you are almost always guaranteed to find one pool you can have all to yourself.
The Flamigos Golf Club: The Flamingos Golf Club is conveniently located on Banderas Bay halfway between Punta Mita and Downtown Puerto Vallarta. The airport is less than a 15 minute drive South of the Villa and the beach is less than a mile away. Downtown Bucerias is two miles North of the Villa. The brand new Mega-Supermarket (similar to Super-Walmart) is approximately 1/4 mile from the Villa. In conclusion, our villa is nestled away from all the noise and urban traffic but well located to reach all that the Puerto Vallarta area has to offer.
