This pleasant studio features 47' LCD HDTV w/DirecTV DVR and XFM radio; WiFi; Bose IPOD sound dock/charger; XBOX connection; Spanish terra cota flooring; new built-in armoire and 2nd closet along with new furniture throughout. There is a large, centrally located skylight. The shower has been beautifully re-tiled. The new queen-size bed has 600 thread count bedding. The upgraded kitchenette comes fully equipped w/ cooking utensils, new refrigerator and microwave. The French doors open onto a private balcony large enough for two to dine outside overlooking the busy walk street below. The Ocean Breeze has one off-street parking space.
