- A wonderful brand new family owned home, it is fully air-conditioned, has 4 Master bedrooms, 2 with King beds and 2 with Queen beds, all 4 with en-suite bathrooms. 2 twin bedrooms, with 1 and a half further bathrooms plus a sofa bed in the downstairs lounge bring the total number of sleeping places to 14. The living and dining area of this lovely home are furnished and decorated to exceptional standards with special attention being paid to the comfort and safety of our guests. Your children will never get bored as the living area comes complete with 60 inch TV, video, DVD, PlayStation 2 and HIFI (tapes, DVDs and games are provided). The game room comes complete with 8ft pool table, table football and darts. Whilst some guests avail themselves of these recreational facilities others may wish to find some peace and quiet in the other lounge, which is beautifully and tastefully furnished.
The 30ft x 15ft private screened pool is south facing, offers conservation views and is not overlooked to the rear. So after a busy day at the close-by theme parks why not laze the evenings away in the fully heated (optional) pool, relax in the waterfall spa or simply chill out on the luxury poolside furniture which has been installed to the oversized deck and lanai area. Whilst this is a no smoking house, smoking is permitted in the lanai and pool deck areas.
The superbly appointed kitchen is fully equipped, with everything you may need to make your stay perfect. There is also a fully equipped laundry room.
