Condo has Elevator: This condo has generous amenities; cable TV, DVD player, CD player, private heated pool, tennis court, 300’ wide beach, recreation room and dishwasher, individual washer/dryer, completely furnished including kitchen accessories, microwave, refrigerator freezer. This is a very secure condo with key entry into the condominium complex and key entry into the condominium building. This building also has an elevator. The condominium has been recently renovated. The new bathrooms feature granite countertops, the master and guest baths have glass enclosed showers and they are very luxurious. The kitchen was also renovated and features granite countertops, and modern appliances. Enjoy the airy feeling with ceiling fans throughout.
Condo has views of the Gulf: Did we mention the view? In addition to the immediate pool proximity, just downstairs, and beach access, you can enjoy views from your private balcony - accessed from the living room’s large sliding doors. Ocean views are yours to enjoy - whether as you read a book from cover to cover or while catching a quick moment to yourself between family activities. A new kitchen, set in quality wooden finishings and granite work tops, features new appliances, as well: dishwasher, large fridge/freezer, oven and stove. Clean, white wooden cabinetry looks sharp against dappled granite counters. The space is perfect for entertaining and is very functional - a large bar top sits above the sink and counter allowing for great group interaction as snacks, drinks or meals are prepared. A cut-away ceiling set in crown molding adds a lovely light feature to the kitchen, making it a warm and happy space in which to prepare memorable family meals.
