Featured in the NY Times Green Travel column, this high comfort, low impact getaway is nestled in a park setting with a view of nature and yachts cruising the river on the Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). No noisy neighbors through the walls, no worn out, stained furnishings--this is a family home on the river, occasionally rented. Not a worn out beach rental. All new furnishings, updated, full size appliances. Large, flat screen HD TV.
Lots of natural light and cross ventilation, super clean, low allergen, eco-friendly environment. Energy efficient appliances and recycling make this a green vacation rental.
