Rate information for this Gloucester - Annisquam house rental
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- Standard Rate: $1800 per week summer/ $6800 per month / $375 per night minimum 3 night stay
- Rentals are typically Saturday to Saturday. Check in after 3:00 PM; check out by 10:00 AM. Late departure may be available.
$300 deposit upon booking acts as a security deposit. Half the rent is due 60 days prior to arrival; remainder of rent is due 30 days prior to check-in. Payments preferred by check. If you wish to use Visa and MasterCard, please add+ 2.9% of the total fee.
If a guest cancels, all pre-paid rental payments will become the property of the owner. If re-rented, the owner will deduct a $100 cancellation fee based on the total rent and will return the balance to the guest.
