The 31 mile ranch is a historic 120 acre ranch in the mountains of central Colorado about 3 miles from Guffey. If you want to do some White Water Rafing you are only 30 minutes away to Canon City. It sits the base of 31 Mile Mountain. Great for horse back riding, hiking, next to BLM, and National Forest Lands. A wonderful setting to have a blast with your horses, ATV, or just your feet. Historic log cabin, Barn ,and much, much more. Great for large or small groups. NOTE you can bring your horses to this ranch and ride, ride, ride. The main house has 3 bedrooms, large living area, etc - A great 50's style ranch house. Very well maintained and nice and clean. The property also has a creek running through it, as well as a pond. Located within Black Mtn hunting area.. The barn is incredible - it has been sectioned off and shows like a museum - olld ranch stuff. This barn is larger than any barn I have ever seen. There is an area reserved for your horses.

The ranch is about 36 miles north of Canon City. 26 miles south of Hartsel along State. Hwy 9. And about 30 miles west of Cripple Creek. The ranch is south on Badger Lane off of Park County Rd 88. Only 20 minutes to Spinney and 11 Mile Reservoirs

    Horses allowed, stalls set up in one section of barn. Additional cleaning fee $10/horse for the stay as opposed to per night.

Notes: The main ranch house has a fenced yard to keep the cattle out and the kids in. There is a pond in front of the house. KEEP AN EYE ON THE KIDS. There is no smoking in any building on the ranch. As most of them are historic buildings please help us care for them. Fire Ban - no open fires allowed CLOSE TO CRIPPLE CREEK (30 MINUTES) AND 11 MILE & SPINNEY RESERVOIRS -(20 MINUTES)

OUT DOOR ENTHUSIASTS: There are just miles and miles of trails surrounding this gorgeous area. The views are incredible. You could ride the trails with your horses or ATVs for weeks and still not see it all. We specialize in vacation properties that allow horses.
