The property consists of a 3 bedroom House and a 1 bedroom Cottage which are available to rent separately or as a pair. Weekly rentals run from Saturday at 3 p.m. to 10 a.m. the following Saturday.
50% deposit required to make a reservation, balance due at start of stay. The deposit is returned only if property is rented to another party for the same dates, less $50 booking fee.

- The House has two bathrooms. The first bathroom has a full tub with shower, toilet, and sink. The second bathroom is Handicap accessible and Wheelchair friendly. The shower accommodates a roll-in shower-chair, the toilet has clearance and support bars, and the sink is high enough that a wheelchair can roll under it with ease. Both doors to the wheelchair accessible bathroom are 36' wide. The bathroom in the Cottage is small, but serviceable. Toilet, sink, shower stall, and hot water are all you really need. Go for a swim!

- All bedrooms have a bed, chair, dresser and closet storage. Both the House and the Cottage have a sleeper sofa in the living room for kids, or for very adventurous adults. This is termed a 'Housekeeping Rental' which requires that you bring all consumable supplies including bed linens, dish and bath towels and other personal and bath items. Blankets and pillows are provided. Linens may be available to rent on a per bed basis.
