- A $300 reservation/security deposit is required at the time of booking. This will secure your booking. It is not applied to your rent, but it will be refunded to you within 14 days of your stay, providing the house is left in an acceptable condition. 50% of the payment is due sixty(60) days in advance of your arrival. - There is a pet fee of $25 a night (short term stays) or $150 weekly/monthly stay.

Summer Time Activities: Angel Fire is a really COOL place to escape the summer heat! The temps are in the 70's, humidity in the 20's...you can't get much better than that! There are many activities in the area to keep you busy: Spectacular hiking and mountain biking on any number scenic trails. Hike Wheeler Peak to over 13,000 feet or take a relaxed nature walk near town. There are plenty of places to rent bikes & gear. The area even hosts several mountain bike/road race events. There are trails on the ski mountain and you can take the scenic chair lift ride with your bike on the back. Other activities include: horseback riding, 4-wheeling, river rafting, tennis and fishing. For the kids there are playgrounds at the community center and at Olympic Park, a climbing wall at the base of the ski area, and paddle boats/row boats at Monte Verde Lake.
