The apartment has to be returned in the same conditions of the arrival. If extensive cleaning is necessary an extra fee of $100 will be deducted from security deposit.

This is a quiet, very secure, gated apartment building overlooking the ocean on one side and Biscayne Bay on the other. The apartment faces the Bay and the ocean and its huge wall-to-wall windows and huge balcony offer stunning views, and a truly dazzling sunset. The apartment is tastefully and newly decorated. The spacious Master Bedroom has 1 queen bedsize , a walk-in closet and a large full bathroom with jacuzzi and a shower! There are one fullsize bed in the second bedroom .There is a plasma TV in every room in the apartment. There is a twinsize bed in the living-room pull-out couch. Marble floors are throughout the apartment including the bathrooms, kitchen and balcony.
Activities: The Akoya apartment is Right on The Beach, only 45 blocks from South Beach and Lincoln Road with its boutiques, art galleries and night places. Take the elevator down to the pool, soak in the hot tub overlooking the ocean or walk straight out to the beach and sunbathe on a lounge chair, under an umbrella . .Work out in the well equipped gym overlooking the ocean, including standing and free weights or just spend your time playing tennis on the 5th floor!There are organized exercise activities in the gym Activities on the premises or nearby include swimming, scuba diving, snorkeling, surfing, jet skiing, water skiing, parasailing, boating, sailing and deep sea fishing.
