Total of 1650 SF to enjoy. Full-size washer and dryer in basement for renters exclusive use. One car tuck-under garage and off-street parking available. Linens, cable TV, WIFI are included. Canoe and bike rental are nearby. It's a 2 minute walk to the east shore of Lake Calhoun, a 20 minute walk south to Lake Harriet or north to Lake of the Isles.
