The property has a lush tropical landscape including several varieties of bamboo, palms, tropical flowering plants, orchids,and bromeliads. A large lagoon pool, with grotto and waterfall, winds through the landscape. The house as well as all furnishings are brand new. Walking distance to downtown Coconut Grove and Biscayne Bay. Close to both Key Biscayne Beaches and South Beach.

Great central Miami location close to everything Miami has to offer! Walk to downtown coconut grove restraunts and night life, Biscayne Bay parks (Kennedy and Peacock), and waterfront restraunts (Chart house, Monty's, Scotty's, etc.). South Miami beach is an easy 15-20 minute drive. Virginia Key beaches are about 5 minutes away and Key Biscayne is a 10-15 minute drive with both ocean and bay side beaches (a bit more private than south beach). Virginia Key and Key Biscayne also offer hiking and bird watching in Bill baggs State park and Crandon State park, fishing charter boats, diving and snorkling, kite boarding, windsurfing, parasailing, waverunner and boat rentals, plane tours, golf at one of the PGA's former tour sites in Crandon park, and tennis. The upper keys including Key Largo are about 45 minutes away where you can swim with the dolphins, fish, dive, snorkle, etc.
