More details about Hilton Head villa amenities:: Brigantine Quarters is a located on a quiet cul-de-sac within Shipyard Plantation. $2.5 million dollars was recently spent on the complete renovation of the resort villas, which now feature Silestone countertops throughout, porcelain tile flooring, new appliances, cookware and furniture, as well as new maple cabinetry and upgraded fixtures in kitchen and baths. Our villa features an open floor plan, with the bedrooms being well separated from one another for maximum privacy. The private covered deck overlooks the lagoon and the sixth fairway of Shipyard Plantation golf course. Everything you will need for your stay is provided for you at our villa, complete with blender, toaster, microwave, dishwasher, washer/dryer, stainless cookware and cutlery. All bath towels and linens are provided, as well as a complimentary 'starter kit' of paper towels, toilet paper, bath soap, dish soap and laundry soap. All you need to bring are your own beach towels, beach toys, golf clubs and food!
Details about resort amenities:: Two onsite pools are available for the exclusive use of our guests, one of which is heated during the cooler months. There are also two private tennis courts for your use, free of charge. Families will love the children's playground, as well as our picnic areas, complete with glider swings, picnic tables and propane BBQ grills, also free to use during your stay. Grill some steak or fresh local fish for dinner while still keeping an eye on the kids in the nearby pool or playground! Our quiet location means there is NO through-traffic, making it a serene and park-like setting where kids(and grown-ups) can safely play. Should you choose to explore Shipyard by bicycle(as we love to do), bike rentals can also be delivered to your villa for a small weekly fee. There are over nine miles of gorgeous, scenic bike paths to explore. There are also three beautiful fresh water lagoons on-site that are teeming with wildlife. Perfect for fishing, bird-watching, or just relaxing beside the cool water.
About the area:: Only a short 400 yard stroll to the best private beach on Hilton Head, where you can swim, sun and ride your bikes on the wide, pristine sand. Direct access is available through the resort's exclusive, locked gate, which is for owners and guests ONLY. And just down the street is the brand new Shipyard Beach Club, adjacent to the lovely Crowne Plaza Hotel and Resort. The newly constructed Beach Club is beautifully built, with lockers, restrooms , snackbar, and boardwalks across the dunes to the private beach. Also right around the corner is the well-known Van Der Meer Tennis Club, where amateurs and pros alike come to hone their skills. As a guest at Brigantine, you also have the privilege of being able to play any of Shipyard's 27 holes of world-class golf, available at prevailing rates. And just a short bike ride/walk away is popular Coligny Plaza, the 'heart' of the Forest Beach area, where you can find groceries, restaurants and shops, or grab an ice cream and just stroll along.
