Our property is located on beautiful Dune Road in Westhampton Dunes, an exclusive beach community where you will enjoy both private ocean and bay beaches. Any of a multitude of outdoor pleasures await you and both recreation and relaxation are at you disposal. The house has recently been lovingly renovated and landscaped and has all modern conveniences; automatic fireplace, cable TV, internet, full kitchen, ac/heat in each room, ceiling fans, laundry etc. The house is particularly comfortable and charming and is sunny and pleasant with ocean and bay views from any of the 3 terraces that face south and north respectfully. Cathedral ceilings provide a sunny and relaxed atmosphere and gentle ocean breezes and waves add to the mode.
The house is located near many points of interest; wineries, restaurants, quaint towns and villages, art galleries and any and all out of door activities abound.
Linens and bedding are provided as are all the comforts of home. Thanks!

Our property is located between the Atlantic Ocean and Moriches Bay. Both private beaches are mere steps away and offer all of the interest and wonderment that a quiet, relaxed beach community offers. There are small eateries that have live entertainment, the bay and ocean provide a relaxed and quiet atmosphere and the surrounding areas are full of activities, sightseeing, and historical interest.
