Turtlehead Cottage: You will find this beautiful cottage so restful and quiet. Ponhook is a very large lake and will provide you days of exploring. You will not want to leave at the end of your vacation. The sun shines into the master bedroom at day break and you can have your morning coffee on the balcony. The deck is furnished with lounges, table, chairs, umbrella and full roll out awning or sit on the floating dock and listen to the Loons call.
Great Location: Turtlehead is located close to Greenfieln NS which is only about 25 minutes by car to Bridgewater. In the Bridgewater area you will find everything you need such as grocery shopping, local malls & stores, Osprey Ridge Golf Course, really all the amenities.
Outdoor Adventure: We are interested in providing people with 'Authentic & traditional Canadian experiences'. What would you like to do on your vacation? Call me, I would love to take you outside with me. Lets roast a chicken outdoors in a original cast iron dutch oven, or maybe you would like to go exploring Ponhook Lake in a real Birch Bark canoe just like the First Nations Peoples did over 7500 years ago. Bird watching, or trips out to take picture or paint....what ever you want I will be glad to act as your guide. Phil
