Deeded beach walking distance away: Our home comes with a dock and a deeded beach within walking distance but not visible from the house. Our two Kayaks are kept on the beach for renters use. In addition, the local beach is 5 minutes drive and a fun afternoon.
Hikes: 'The Fells' is our neighbor. Beautiful gardens, hikes and trails. Across the street is a trail head for a day hike.
Activities: 'The Mountain Edge Resort' Is down the street with great spa services. Our public activities park with tennis and basketball courts is a five minute drive. Public Golf is a ten minute drive. The Sunapee Ski resort is 5 miles away.
