If you would like to secure your dates (placed and held on the calendar) the deposit and lease agreement is needed. The remainder of the funds including all rental monies, taxes and cleaning fees are to be paid five days prior to taking occupancy. Important *** Once deposits are collected and if the booking isn't canceled ten days before arrival date all deposit monies are forfeited. All Surf Shack guests have full privileges to the Ponte Vedra Lodge & Club as well as The Ponte Vedra Inn.
