This turn-of-the-century cottage is set in a lush, tropical garden, is fully restored, and is furnished in a casual, yet luxurious, decor. Casa Del Mar is the perfect location for long, relaxing vacations, large family gatherings, business retreats, and single families. Easily divided into separate units, you may choose the lower level, the upper level, or the entire cottage. If you choose the entire cottage, you enjoy two kitchens, two laundry rooms, two gathering areas, 4 full length porches, a roof porch, 7 bedrooms and 5 baths! Sleeps 20. The upper gathering area has a expansive area to enjoy meals together and a dining table that seats 10. This cottage is perfect for large groups because there are lots of places to relax away from the crowd! The cottage is graced with full-length porches.
