It is possible to have a zero gasoline vacation! 3 miles to Hyannis, the Melody Tent, the Cape Cod mall, Barnstable airport, the islands ferry, several golf courses, many super markets and shopping, farm stand, Cape Cod potato chips, Cape Cod brewery, in case you must connect to civilization. Equipped with an outside shower, gas grill, picnic table, yard chairs, cable TV, WiFi internet, and a modern kitchen with gas range, convection oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a washer and dryer. Located in West Hyannisport, this is a family neighborhood of about 300 homes sharing a private beach and waterfront area. Within a short walk is Craigville Beach, Memorial Beach, snack bars, pizza, general store and post office. A short drive to the super market, malls, downtown Hyannis, Cape Cod Melody Tent, Cape Cod rail trail, scenic train, and ferry to Martha's Vineyard and Nantucket. A week is not enough. Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.
- A deposit of 50% to make the reservation, remaining 50% plus $250 security deposit 2 weeks in adv.
- Changeover day is Saturday. Out by 10 Am, in after 2 PM. We rent by the week Saturday to Saturday. If you need a different time interval, we can accommodate you in the off peak season where we have more availability. Please ask us what you need and we will offer what we can do. We will mail the lease form at receipt of 50% deposit. Signed lease form and remaining 50% plus $250 security deposit must be received 2 weeks before rental begins. After lease, rent and security deposit is received, a key will be mailed. Please send key back after rental is over. Upon satisfactory property inspection and key returned, security deposit will be returned. Personal check or money order is accepted for payments. Our mailing address is Tom Gehman P.O.
