Cornfield Point seasonal beach cottage - 3-bedroom house on a double lot is only a 4 minute walk to the beach. Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds and the 3rd bedroom has a set of bunk beds. All bedrooms have air conditioners. The kitchen is fully equipped - stove, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher. Washer and dryer also available in the house. Living room has cable television and DVD player. Porch includes 2 wicker chairs and settee. Outside there is a barbecue grill, picnic table, fire pit, lawn chairs. Beach chairs and umbrellas are also available. Renter will bring their own linens and towels. Lots of nearby restaurants. Short drive to outlet shopping, Mystic Seaport/Aquarium and casinos. Fenwick golf course minutes away. Cornfield Point also has it's own tennis court, boat ramp and playground.
