Club Bahia is a clubhouse with exercise room, clubhouse that looks out onto immense pool , hot tub and a lake for large gathering entertaining. This unit is located directly on the intercoastal with daily views of dolphins, boats and sunsets. Even thunderstorms provide entertainment! World renowned resort living. Unit is approximately 1100 sq feet with lving/dining area, masterbedroom, large masterbath with two sinks and tub with shower. 2nd bathroom has shower. 2nd bedroom has two twin beds. Another separate dining area next to kithen. Separate laundry room. next to kitchene is only 15 minutes away. Professionally decorated with upscale furnishings. St Pete Beach is just a walk across the Bayway Bridge. Tierra Verde is only 3 minutes away. Many excellent seafood restaurants a short drive away. Isla Del Sol is a golf, tennis, boating community and golf courses are just a couple of minutes walk out the door.
