- The rental balance will be due in full 1 week prior to reserved dates. In case of cancellation, the rental balance will be refunded up to date of occupancy. All monies may be paid by personal check, cashier check, Pay Pal, and or wire transfer. At the time of occupancy a $500 damage deposit will be collected and held by the representative for the duration of the rental period. Unless otherwise used for damages, it will be returned in full, in a self addressed envelope within 3-5 business days

Occupancy Change Over : Off season rentals will begin and end with varying arrangements by owner. All seasonal rentals begin on Saturday at 4:00pm EST and end at 11:00am EST on Saturday of the following week. No extensions can be granted to these times, due to the change over cleaning and maintenance
