- This is a nice sized master bedroom with a queen sized bed, tall dresser for storing your clothing and walk in closet with closet organizer and private entry to the bathroom. The large room has a 27' TV with digital cable & vcr, an over sized chair and a half for lounging as well as a wood burning fireplace. The 2nd bedroom is located in the back of the house just off of the living room & overlooks the large deck & yard. The room has a calm & quiet. The room has a full sized bed with headboard, 2 night stands, 1 table lamp, 1 floor lamp, 1 dresser for storing your clothing and closet space.

DECEMBER 2008 special: Book a minimum 4 night stay and receive our reduced rate of $110.00 per night, all other charges apply. Why stay in a boxy hotel when you and your family can stay in a clean, comfortable house with 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, living room, sun deck, parking, wifi, cable & phone?? It doesn't make sense to pay the high prices hotels are charging these days. Book now while the days are still available.
We are child & baby friendly: We are child friendly and welcome you and your children to come stay at our house. We have the option to rent a crib for your infant(50lbs or less), a high chair or an extra blow up bed...just ask. We have child and baby safe dishes glasses and utensils. Crib or high chair rental $10.00 each (1 time charge) or $15.00 for both 1 time charge for the duration of your stay. We have a listing of kid & baby friendly activities to do in Berkeley and Oakland. Children's' tot parks, Children's play museum, play cafe's & play spaces to make sure that your child has fun too. We provide this list to our guests in our Book located in the house.
