Continue on to the the Gourmet kitchen containing an island with seating and hanging pot rack. Cooks will appreciate the stainless steel appliances and Corian countertops and the pantry boasts a bevy of 'cooking toys' - bread machine, food processor, state of the art mixer, blender, stove-top espresso, French press, Panini grill, etc. (there's also a phone on the counter for take out). Just before the dining area is a French door leading to a deck with an arbor of wisteria. A Weber grill and comfortable seating make it a pleasurable spot to have a barbecue. The deck overlooks a landscaped back yard with a small bubbling brook.

The second floor has a full bath w/ a large Jacuzzi tub and 2 bedrooms and laundry room. Through a French door and up the stairs you will find another full bath and 2 bedrooms with cathedral ceilings. One has a small loft and ceiling fan, the other an electric fireplace for warmth or just ambience. There is also a caretaker on the premises, so help with any issue is nearby. There's lots to do in Hull and the surrounding area: the beach, shopping, art gallery, lots of dining (casual or fine, inside or out); visit the Carousel (last remains of famous Paragon Park), a Day Spa for a massage, pedicure or facial, rent a kayak, or charter a boat.

Take a 20 minute boat trip to Boston (1.5 miles away at Pemberton Point) where you dock in the historic waterfront area by the Boston Aquarium, Faneuil Hall, Quincy Market with its many fun shops and restaurants, etc. etc. There's also an excursion boat from Hull that goes to the Boston Harbor Islands (10 min. ride) where the friendly Park Rangers will delight in filling you in on the rich history of the area and tales of the many shipwrecks from years past. So, come fall in love with Hull. Make this an unforgettable vacation - and don't forget to bring your camera!
