This condo has 1175 square feet of indoor living area on two floors, so there is plenty of room to spread out. There are two DVD players with a collection of DVDs (my favorites) and one cable TV with all your favorite channels. Having a washer/dryer in the unit just makes it easier to wash or dry those beach towels and your swim clothes.
Maravilla is on the western edge of Seawall Boulevard, a paved 7 mile walkway perfect for walking or biking while enjoy the ocean waves and the many birds. (Bring your camera and binoculars.) In addition, the largest Texas fishing pier is just blocks away. You are also close to Schlitterbahn Water Park, Moody Gardens, and downtown where you will find the Strand, the historic district, the Railroad Museum, shopping, great restaurants as well as exciting Galveston nightlife. And in case you want to work or work out, there is Wi-Fi access in the main office and an exercise room. Feel free to contact me if you would like my recommendations on the best restaurants, shopping, and 'must-see' tourist spots.
