Two sliding doors to the large balcony (from master bedroom or from multi-purpose room) overlooking the Gulf of Mexico.
Private master bedroom with king sized bed and calming décor, your own TV, shelf full of books for your beach reading, and door to patio offers privacy and comfort.
Second bedroom has queen bed and closet full of beach/pool toys, chairs, umbrella, etc. for use during your stay, as well as another cable TV.
Fully equipped kitchen with full sized appliances, cook in or eat out at the numerous eateries around. Kitchen has breakfast bar, plenty of dishes to feed your army, coffee pot, toaster, blender, mixer, pots and pans, silverware, glassware, etc.
Multi-purpose room has double (full-sized) fold-down sleeper sofa, TV with DVD/VCR combo, table and chairs, games and videos for out of the sun fun time.

Historic home tours including the Bishop's Palace and Moody Mansion are available in town, as are horse-drawn carriage rides.
The Seawall offers beaches, beaches and more beaches - sand and surf - and great people watching.
Bolivar Peninsula is a ferry ride away. You and your family (and your car if you want) can trek across the 'water highway', feed the seagulls and see Crystal Beach on the other side.

Second bedroom features a queen bed, dresser, reading lamp, alarm clock, cable TV, and a closet full of noodles, floats, buckets, boogie boards, cooler, beach chairs, umbrella - all the things you'll need to have fun at the beach. A twin daybed in the reading nook offers privacy and comfort - the perfect spot for writing postcards, reading a good book in solitude, writing in your journal, and a comfy sleeping spot as well. The living area features a full-sized convertible sofa for extra sleeping space. No starchy white linens here - we offer high quality comfortable linens and plenty of pillows.

We've tried to think of everything we need when we are here and leave it for when you are coming, but if we've forgotten something, let us know!
Coin operated washers and dryers on property, 3 pools, hot tub, wireless internet available from the office or workout room via your wireless ready laptop.
We do invite one dog to join you during your stay. Unfortunately, we are unable to allow cats due to owner allergies. Smoking permitted outside only (again - allergies) but you'll want to spend most of your time outside on the fabulous balcony anyway.
