Dresser and comfy sitting chair, as well as ample closet space for your dining and dancing attire while staying on our island. Night stands offer table lamps for night time reading, an alarm clock to wake you for your early morning deep sea fishing adventure, a ceiling fan for added comfort and TV/DVD combination unit. Second bedroom features a 'duo bunk' with double bed on top, double futon on bottom, flat panel, wall mounted TV with PS2 - bring your games! Living area features two (2) click-clack sofas which, when folded down, are much larger than a twin but slightly smaller than a double bed. Flat panel, wall mounted TV/DVD combination. No starchy white linens here - we offer high quality comfortable linens and plenty of pillows!

Notes: Truly home-away-from-home - beach towels included, bath towels, kitchen towels, all bed linens included - bring your favorite beverage, your swimsuit and your sunscreen and stay for the weekend, the week, the month or the season. We've tried to think of everything we need when we are here and leave it for when you are coming, but if we've forgotten something, let us know! Washer & dryer in the unit for your convenience. We do invite one housebroken dog to join you during your stay - complex does not allow vicious animals or breeds (Pit Bulls and Rottweilers, sorry). Unfortunately, we are unable to allow cats due to owner allergies. Smoking permitted outside only (again - allergies) but you'll want to spend most of your time outside on the fabulous balcony anyway.

While the Maravilla is 'open for business' - please understand that elevator service has not yet been restored. As a result, this GORGEOUS, waterfront unit is a 2nd floor walk-up. Please also see the disclaimer at the bottom of this advertisement that is required by the HOA as notification to all guests on the property. Note that the current pricing reflects this - it's a GREAT DEAL!

Mandatory disclaimer: All persons entering the premises of the Maravilla Condominium Complex including but not limited to owners, guests, renters, tenants, contractors, employees of contractors, or anyone else are hereby notified that the Maravilla complex, or some portion of the complex, is under construction which poses certain risks to those on the property.
