- The three bedrooms are located on the third story and each room has its own private bathroom. The master suite with king size bed has a flat screen TV, ceiling fan, desk/sitting area and a luxurious master bathroom with his and hers vanities, soaking tub, shower with rain showerhead, and separate toilet area. French doors in the master suite open to the balcony over looking the private gated courtyard with fountain. Leave the doors open at night to hear the peaceful, soothing sound of the serene water fountain. The second bedroom has a queen size bed and door opening to the balcony. The third bedroom is great for children as it has two twin size bunk beds with two additional trundle beds and a flat screen TV. The living room features a sofa that pulls out into a full size bed.

The second floor consists of an open floor plan which includes a kitchen, living room and eating area. Relax in the spacious living room, socialize with family and friends, watch TV on the huge flat screen HDTV, listen to music on the stereo system, surf the internet on the high-speed wi-fi, and open the French doors leading to the second floor balcony overlooking the courtyard. Flowing from the living area is the spectacular kitchen and eating area. Dine with family around the dining table that seats six or kitchen island that seats four.
