This Mount Snow Rental is a perfect stay for all seasons. It is located right up the hill from Vermont Route 100. In the winter, it is less than a 5 minute drive from Mount Snow Ski Resort and a 25-minute drive to Stratton. It is located within minutes of Areas' restaurants and bars. During the summer months, this place is perfect for mountain bikers and hikers alike. A large reservoir with fishing, canoeing, and kayaking is 15- minute drive from the house. This lovely property is located on the same road as Mount Snow Golf Course. After a long day, sit back at the house in front of one of the two fireplaces or the wood burning stove or hang out on the balcony outside. Enjoy the beautiful foliage during fall months. If you love to shop, there are various souvenir and VT shops in the area. There is a bowling alley (10 min.) and a movie theater (5 min.) in the area

Further details about this house rental

Security Deposit: $300 A contract between owner and renter will be signed before date of arrival. Renter is responsible for cleaning house back to original condition. Some cleaning supplies will be provided. Renter is responsible for depositing trash at trash center. Directions will be provided. A maid service can be provided for an additional cost. Please ask!

Area activities: Skiing and Snowboarding Lift tickets are sold at the Mountain. I believe there is a website where they offer discount lift tickets. Please ask and I can provide that information. Last year (2007), Mount Snow Resort provided scenic lift rides for $10/day. They also offer lift tickets for mountain biking at an additional cost. The reservoir near the house offers jet ski, canoe, and kayak rentals. I can provide you with some information. There are often many events and activities at or near the mountain!
