50 percent of the rental money is due at the time of booking, the remainder of the balance is due no later than 30 days prior to your arrival. Security deposit is $1000.00(refundable if there is no damage to the house and contents, returned within 15 days of departure), Cleaning deposit: $200.00 (refundable if property is clean on departure, returned within 15 days of departure), Security deposit and cleaning deposit to be paid with final rental fee.
Summer Utility Deposit: $450.00/month or partial month; covers air conditioning costs. Actual charges will be deducted from deposit and balance refunded approx 30 days from end of rental period.

Beautiful Sun City resort-style home : Our home is centrally located in beautiful Sun City, Arizona. The location is ideal for active mature people who wish to experience the best of Sun City life. Our home currently set up to sleep 6 with one king-size bed, one double bed, and a queen-size sleep-sofa. If you are planning on more than 6 people sleeping in the house at a time, there will be an additional charge for them. Please inquire of owner at the time.
Recreational Facilities and Golf: Great recreational facilities are available for those who wish to enjoy Sun City's amenities Sun City Recreation Centers all-access pass can be purchased for $195,00 per person. Note: One renter must be at least 55 years of age to obtain a SCRC access pass.
Beautiful Pool and Spa: Our home has a beautiful, private, full-size pool. Between June and October it is usually unnecessary to heat the pool, the Arizona sun provides all the heat required. During the winter months, we can heat the pool to a comfortable 82 degrees, upon request, for a $25 per day surcharge, The Spa seats 8 and has therapeutic jets. Please let us know when making your reservation if you want the pool heated. Pool floats, etc are available. *** Please note: Our pool area IS NOT an appropriate place for entertainment of unsupervised children. ***
